Toffee the rabbit was declared the champion of champions at the Port William Carnival Week Pet Show on Saturday.
The judge, retired vet Ian Gemmell, picked out Toffee from all the winners of the various sections, to the delight of owner Maisie Murray.
There was a large entry and a good turn out of spectators on the Harbour Green. Pet Show convenors Janis Edgar and Louise Kerr split the pets into puppies, small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs and miscellaneous, and Mr Gemmell then case his expert eye over the competitors.

Medium dogs - 1, Paige Wason and Blue (Lakeland Patterdale); 2, Lynne Hill and Cassie - Border Collie); 3, James McConnell and Zoe (Working Golden Retriever)
Large dogs - 1, David Turner and Gemma (Gordon Setter); 2, Jenni Brooke and Rosie (Labrador); 3, Shannon Perry and Saffi (Newfoundland)
Miscellaneous - 1, Maisie Murray and Toffee (Rabbit); 2, Drew Lochrie and Easter (Suffolk X Lamb); 3, Iona McLaughlin and Turbo (Guinea Pig)
The new-look Murray Trophy for the Champion of Champions 2017 was presented to Maisie and Toffee by Carnival Queen Emily Kay and Mr Gemmell handed over the prize money.
