Wigtown and Bladnoch won their second piece of silverware of the season when they beat local rivals Newton Stewart 2-0 in the final of the Potts Cup at Stair Park.
Grant Carnochan opened the scoring in the 24th minute with a header following a goalmouth scramble.
Jamie McHarrie added a second two minutes before the break with an angled shot which was deflected past keeper Harry Fidler to complete the scoring.
Newton Stewart were reduced to 10 men nine minutes from time when central defender Lewis Richardson received a second yellow card and was sent off.
And Dalbeattie Star were crowned South of Scotland league champions again after defeating Fleet Star 12-0 in a rout at Islecroft.
Dalbeattie’s goals came courtesy of a Scott Milligan hat-trick, Grant Middlemass and John McBeth with doubles, and singles from Gary Kerr, Lewis Sloan, Stuart MacPherson and a penalty each from Jordan Muirhead and Rab Harkness.
But Star’s manager, John MacBeth, has quit owing to personal commitments. He has been replaced by Paul McGinley.
In the other league match played, Heston Rovers defeated Creetown 6-1 at Castle Cary Park.
