The game should have been on Saturday but has brought forward because of a fixture clash.
Queen’s are currently playing home games at the Falkirk Stadium because of a delay in them moving into their new Lesser Hampden base following the sale of Hampden to the Scottish FA.
But Falkirk also have a League 1 home match scheduled for Saturday, forcing the Queen’s Park v Stranraer game to be switched.
That will be followed by a home game for Stranraer against Elgin City next Tuesday as they bid to reach the play-offs.
There’s then some respite for Stevie Farrell’s side as it’s their turn to sit out the action next Thursday before the Blues then play at Stirling Albion on Saturday, May 1, and at home to Edinburgh City on Tuesday, May 4.
