Saturday the 2nd May saw the Baccy Murray darts trophy in its new home of Whithorn New Town Hall and with prize money of over £400 on offer it proved to be a great success.
The competition raised £1306 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Players travelled from Stranraer and Gatehouse of Fleet as well as locals from Whithorn and surrounding areas. A total of 34 players took part with Justin Nichol winning the trophy.
The Lochhead family would like to thank all who attended and all the people and companies that gave raffle prizes and auction prizes.
A great day was had by all who attended and the amount raised for the charity was £1306.00.
