Constable Lisa Ritchie said: “We want to hear from anyone who may have been in the Main Street area around 2310 hours on Friday night. In particular we want to trace the driver of a small silver coloured car, perhaps a Renault Clio, which was seen driving past the scene when the car was on fire. We also want to trace a male person who was seen near the car when it went on fire and again leaving afterwards. This person appears to have been engulfed in flames as he leaves the scene. Anyone who can help is asked to call us on 101, or if they wish to remain anonymous then they can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
