FIVE members of staff at Stranraer’s Clinton Cards will have to wait to find out if their jobs will go as part of the company’s administration.
The greetings card firm announced it had gone under this week and administrators Zolfo Cooper said 350 stores will close.
They said exact locations would be announced in the coming days but the closure programme will begin next Monday, 21st May.
Stranraer and North Rhins Councillor Marion McCutcheon added: “The very last thing Stranraer needs is another empty shop. This once again shows the real need to kick start the regeneration of the town, so we can bring in new shops and businesses.”
