Lewis Nibloe, of St Stephen’s Terrace, Stoneykirk, admitted sending the image by text in January last year to his girlfriend. He also then threatened to send the picture to her brother and her friend, and post the picture on a social media site after he discovered she was seeing other men. Agent Paul Feeney said the accused was depressed with life in general after the complainer refused to speak to him, making Nibloe “more and more agitated”. He was angry and upset the relationship had ended but, after setting up the Facebook page, he soon deleted the contents. Sheriff Kenneth Robb put Nibloe on the sex offenders register and under supervision for 18 months and ordered him to do 225 hours of unpaid work.
