Police hunt Liverpool man after fuel theft

Police are investigating a theft from a Machars filling station at the weekend in which two barrels of fuel were stolen.

The theft from Allison Motors at Bladnoch saw two men fill the barrels and leave without paying at around 10.30am on Sunday.

Police are keen to trace the two men or anyone who may have seen them nearby.

They are described as following: first, about 5ft 10” tall, mid 20s, short brown hair, wearing grey trousers and a grey/blue top with stripes o the arms and who spoke with a Liverpool accent.

Second, described as being about 6ft tall and wearing a light coloured stone jacket, jeans and trainers.
