No drought or hosepipe ban for Scotland

Scotland is not at risk of facing a drought, despite low water levels in rivers and lochs.

Following weeks of sunshine and Caribbean temperatures, rivers have all but disappeared and lochs are retreating slowly, but with a few spots of rain forecast for this week, no drought is imminent.
