Wallets Marts Castle Douglas Limited and G M Thomson & Co are together launching a joint venture called Thomson Wallets Rural.
The new venture will see the professional services provided by Wallets Rural Property Services combined with the agricultural business of G M Thomson & Co.
Thomson Wallets Rural will be registered with The Royal Institude of Chartered Surveyors bringing together a full range of professional skills from two long established and respected businesses.
They will operate from existing offices in Newton Stewart, Castle Douglas and Dumfries to provide a specialist bespoke client service.
A dedicated team comprising of existing surveyors, land agents and administrative staff with unparalleled local knowledge and skills will provide all clients with a cost effective and professional service while maintaining a comprehensive range of land and estate agency services throughout South Scotland.
The directors of Wallets Marts Castle Douglas Limited and the partners of G M Thomson & Co regard the formation of the joint venture as a great opportunity to consolidate and expand their existing rural property services for the benefit of their customers and shareholders.
