CATS Protection will be holding a homing show in the Macmillan Hall, Newton Stewart on Saturday 11 February, between 10am and 3pm.

There will be a selection of some of the cats in othe group’s care for the public to come and see. If you are thinking of adopting a cat in the near future, come along, there may be just the cat for you. There will be a number of our volunteers available to answer any questions and offer advice.

There will be refreshments available, a cake stall and a sales stall.

The last homing show, held in Stranraer, proved very successful and as a result the group found several good homes for their cats and also raised some much needed funds to help with running costs.

One of the cats presently waiting for a new home is Cree. She is an older cat who loves human attention. Her preference is to be seated on someone’s lap all day and be stroked, she loves being brushed. She would make a fantastic companion cat for someone who would like a little company in their house. She is a sweet cat and would make a loving pet.
