POLICE are looking for information on these offences.

Window smashed – Kirkcudbright

A window was smashed at a property on Castle Bank at around 20.30hrs on Wednesday 29 June. Police are keen to trace a group of youths seen in the area around the time of the incident.

Assault – Stranraer

A local 17 year old man was assaulted by two males as he walked along Bellevilla Road at around 00.55hrs on Thursday 7 July. The man was not hurt in the assault. The two males were wearing hooded tops

Car damaged – Kirkcolm

A silver coloured Peugeot 107 was scratched as it was parked on Bayview Terrace sometime between 17.00hrs on Thursday 7 and 09.00hrs on Friday 8 July.

Assault – Newton Stewart

A local man was assaulted by a male on Albert Street at around 23.30hrs on Friday 8 July. The local man sustained minor injuries in the incident.

Laptop stolen - Sandhead

A laptop was stolen from a property on Bowling Green Road sometime between 23.30hrs on Thursday 7 July and 07.30hrs on Friday 8 July.

Window smashed – Kirkcowan

The football club at Kirkcowan had a window smashed sometime between 13.00hrs on Friday 1 July and 12.30hrs on Saturday 9 July.

Handbag stolen – Castle Douglas

A black handbag was stolen from Shirmers sometime before 01.00hrs on Sunday 10 July.
