Mia and Lexi are two beautiful young cats who came into the care of Cats Protection Stranraer and District three months ago after their owner could no longer care for them.
We can’t understand why they have not been snapped up by someone long ago and remain in disbelief as we watch them in their pen each day waiting for someone to adopt them.
Loxi is an outgoing Tortie, who loves to play and just follow you around the place, she adores being with people. She’s a steady little cat, happy to share time with her sister, people or a dog.
Mia is the more serious of the two, liking to sit back and study a situation before committing to anything. She can be shy and will need a quiet home where she can feel safe and confident.
They are a fantastic pair of cats and someone will be lucky to own them. We would like them to go to a quiet home, ideally in a very quiet residential area or rural home, where they will have plenty of scope to explore and hunt. A couple or an early retired couple who are big cat lovers would be great. They would not suite a household with young children or a hectic routine. They like the dog in their foster home and are so used to him, that they stalk and chase him now.
If you think you could offer Mia and Lexi a loving home please get in touch with the Stranraer Branch of Cats Protection.
