Robert Jamieson received two of the four awards available at Wigtown & Bladnoch Football Clubs’s end of season awards held at the Galloway Bar, Wigtown last Saturday afternoon.

The 33-year-old striker won top scorer for the second consecutive season as well as being voted player of the year by the club’s fans.

Committee’s player of the year was won by midfielder Richard Jones, who reacted with surprise and jubilation when being announced!

Tyler Rennie, the club’s 17-year-old right-back, who was absent from the awards, completed his debut season by being voted player of the year by his teammates.

Blair Dougan also received his South of Scotland League Team of the Year award.
