THE Whithorn Braveheart Boxing Club recently presented cheques to three local organisations after raising money at an auction of boxing memorabilia.

The recipients were the Newton Stewart Hospital League of Friends, Whithorn Primary School and Whithorn Nursery School.

Handing over the cheques were the club’s three Scottish Champion boxers Daniel Purves, Tyler Jolly and Connal McDonald.
