Three of the four Haig Gordon cup ties look like they could go either way with only Wigtown and Bladnoch at home to Lochmaben looking like almost certain winners on current league form.

However being a cup tie anything could happen and the Burgh side are expected as usual to give their best.

Lochar Thistle and Newton Stewart lock horns at Maxwelltown High School for what could be another closely run contest as is usual when these two sides meet. Both teams have a mixture of youth and experience within their ranks and know the route to goal so this match should be one to savour.

Heston Rovers play hosts to Upper Annandale at Palmerston Park and St Cuthbert Wanderers entertain Edusport Academy at St Marys Park for a contest that could go ether way.
