Teenage boxing sensation Tyler Jolly from the Whithorn Bravehearts Club is heading to Dublin this weekend as part of a ten strong Scotland squad primed for the European Championships.
Thirteen-year-old Tyler, who boxes in the lightweight category, has been attending Scottish camp training each Saturday in Glasgow as well as the Bravehearts summer training camp in Whithorn.
Bravehearts coach Wullie Martin said: “Tyler has been training hard all summer and is in the best condition he has ever been in. He will wear his Scotland vest with pride.”
The event starts on Monday (July 29) and finishes next Saturday (August 3) with 25 countries represented.
