TWO Indian cricket players have arrived in Galloway to help coach youngsters for the summer.

Sachin Chaudhary is here for the second year in a row but alongside him is Sourish Mukherjee, a first-time visitor to Scotland and both have begun an intensive programme of coaching in the region's schools.
From one end of the Dumfries and Galloway to the other, the pair are taking groups from each school for sessions on how to play the game and give them a few tips from their semi-professional backgrounds.
Members of Galloway County Cricket Club have been fundraising to pay for the visit and the next stage of that will see some climb the peaks of Arran.
Sachin and Sourish will also be helping out with a cricket clinic in Wigtown over the summer which will cost £5 per child with a maximum of five per class.
Anyone intersted in learning more about the programme or to donate, can all Patrick Druce on 07881585431.
