The well-known sounds of local singer Tom Dingwall are available once again as he released his latest charity album, Don’t Look Back, to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research.

Featuring songs such as Caledonia, American Trilogy, Dont Close Your Eyes, Dream Lover and Green Grass of Home to name a few, the collection also offers an original song written by Tom called Sweet Sarah and is about local lass Sarah Dobson who recently married Tom’s son Scott.

As an added bonus, Tom’s uncle Jim Lochrie from Kirkinner sings The Wedding on the album.

Newton Stewart’s Christine Petrie helped Tom fund the production of the CD by sponsoring the cause.

The CD is available for sale in Boots the Chemist, Newton Stewart and Laura’s gift shop next door as well as Vanessa’s Hairdressing Salon in the town.

It can also be bought in Wigtown Post Office, ReadingLasses and The Bookshop, both in Wigtown and McCourtney’s General Store, Kirkinner.

Tom wants to give a special thank you to Ray Hitchcock of Attic Studio in Glentrool who worked so hard to help him record and produce the CD.
