Kirkcudbright Primary Players invite you to take a journey round the world with them when they present their Folk Tales later this month.
They will travel from Israel where a red nosed king makes an unlikely friend to Turkey where the great and wise Hodja deals with his unruly donkey. Then on through France where two clever beggars get the better of a mean pastry cook and to wintry Russia where the Snow Witch works her magic. The journey ends in Germany with a singing cat and cockerel, a flute-playing donkey and drumming dog! The magical journey is sprinkled with international song and dance and populated by a cast of colourful characters!
Kirkcudbright Primary Players present their Folk Tales from around the world on 27, 28 and 29th June at the Parish Church Hall in Kirkcudbright at 7.30pm.
Tickets priced £5 & £3 from Thompson’s Newsagents.
