Overturned lorry causes traffic delays

TRAFFIC was disrupted on Monday afternoon after a lorry tipped over on the A75 roundabout at Newton Stewart.

An ambulance arrived at the scene to treat the driver before fire crews secured the area and a recovery operation was underway. The road wasn’t closed but movement was down to one lane and traffic lights were set up to allow for the truck’s recovery.
