Police have named the 17-year-old youth found dead in premises in Queen Street, Stranraer, on Wednesday as Callum Dornan, from Springfield Crescent, Stranraer.

The death is being treated as unexplained and investigations are continuing.

Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or spoken to Callum in the hours before his death, prior to 9.30pm. Police can be contacted on 0845 600 5701. The procurator fiscal has been informed.
