Easter fun at Gracefield

Gracefield Arts Centre in Dumfries Easter weekend events start on Thursday, March 28, at 6.30pm with the launch of this year’s Spring Fling brochure and the “pop-up” Taster exhibition.

Malcolm Roughead OBE, chief executive of VisitScotland, will be opening the exhibtion and launching this year’s brochure for the open studios weekend on May 25-27.

The Spring Fling Taster, featuring all 93 artists’ work, continues for three days only at Gracefield Gallery 2 on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday from 10am-5pm.

At the same time the two main exhibitions at Gracefield – Locating the Nest and An Eclectic Eye: The Dickie Hewlett Collection – will be open, as will be Cafe Hubbub and the craft shop on Sunday.
