Popular Wigtownshire food business, StrEatery82, seems to have made a lasting impression after a motorcyclist made a double journey to Galloway to track down his favourite food joint over the Easter weekend.

The food caravan made its debut at Port William’s seafront last year and locals queued up alongside visitors to sample the tasty delights.

And one man who enjoyed it so much hopped on his motorbike and travelled from Newcastle in search of a sarnie at the weekend – only to discover Ben and Kati’s venture had moved on.

Thankfully, when he returned home with an empty tummy, he googled the missing caravan and discovered it had only moved up the coast to Sandhead. So of course, he got back on his bike and returned on Monday!

Ben and Katie have this weekraised £59.50 for Action Against Hunger UK (1 burger = 50p donated) to help save starving children. they thank all customers for their conrtibutions.
