Crafts for Christmas winners

Last week we offered readers the chance to win 10 pairs of tickets to the fabulous Crafts for Christmas and Hobbycrafts four-day event at the SECC in Glasgow from October 27-30.

The 10 lucky winners are Elizabeth Wallace from Whauphill, Shirley McNeillie from Stranraer, Mary Campion from Newton Stewart, Elizabeth Young from Port William, Maria Old from Port William, Janet Howie from Creetown, Jane Dunlop from Sandhead, Sarah Clark from Glenluce, Bridget Hillman from Monreith and Jill Ramsay from Drummore.

With more than 200 crafts people exhibiting, Crafts for Christmas offers a huge selection of fine hand-made crafts for you to choose from. Whether it’s a nostalgic toy, or a beautiful necklace for someone special, or a gift for even the most hard-to-buy-for relatives, you will find everything you need to make this an extra special Christmas.

Congratulations to all the winners and commiserations to the unlucky entrants. The winners can collect their free passes from the Gazette offices.

Crafts for Christmas & Hobbycrafts are open from 9.30-5pm each day (Saturday until 5.30) and tickets are normally £5.50 for adults if bought in advance (£7 on the door), with £4.50/£6 concessions for pensioners.

Anyone who still wishes to attend the event can buy tickets by visiting www.ichf.co.uk or by calling the ticket hotline on 01425 277988.
