Borgue Primary steps back in time

Pupils at Borgue Primary School embraced last term’s project – WWII.

Having learned about rationing, life on the Home Front, fashion and all things 40s, the school showed off their knowledge in the village hall last week by holding an open day to show friends and family what they now know.

Serving tea and showing off a waltz or two, the pupils were joined by locals who even brought along relics from the war including ration books and photos.
