Hundreds turned out on Sunday to watch the third Wheelie Good Bike Show ride through and park up on the streets of Newton Stewart.
The Rotary Club event promised to be bigger each year and they haven’t let the crowds down.
This year’s event raised £922.88 from street collections, and a further £710 from the ride-innd sponsorship from EDF energy went a long way to off-setting the cost of putting on the show. Many local businesses also made donations.
Multi-title winning biker Iain Simpson led the ride-in from New Galloway and traders and entertainers gave the town some extra life for the sunny afternoon.
Plans are already afoot for next year’s show.
