A dedicated Truffle Weekend (11 & 12 November) will offer guests a masterclass in ‘all things truffle’ and include a Truffle Masterclass, a five course Gourmet Tasting Dinner with wine to accompany each course on both evenings and expert wine tutoring.
Head Chef Tony Pierce, who has worked at many Michelin starred establishments in Scotland, England and Wales, produces incredible treats for discerning taste buds by selecting the very best of local produce from a variety of Scottish sources.
Currently featuring in the Great British Cook Book alongside celebrity chefs James Martin and Levi Roots, Tony produces creative tasting menus tailored for each guest’s unique preferences and begins with homemade crisps, olives, and canapes then five delicious courses followed by a pre-desert, coffee and home-made petit fours all served in the intimate hotel restaurant.
