Events Coordinator for Barnardo’s Scotland, Jordyn Armstrong, said: “We’re really exciting about the Stand-up paddle boarding event that Richard and his team are holding at the Centre. Paddle boarding is great fun and all you need is good balance and determination! Loch Ken is the ideal place for this activity because of its stunning scenery and calm, clean waters. We hope that people will come along and have a go at this new exciting event.”

Entry fees include a T-shirt, hot drink and a hot dog after the event. Don’t have a paddle board? No problem, you can rent a board if you book in advance for £2.50.
