For some reason poor Oscar keeps getting overlooked when folk are looking to adopt a cat from the Stranraer and District Branch of Cats protection. Often this happens to black cats and black and white cats. Oscar has been in the branches care for 3 months now with no offers of a home.
He did have a skin condition called Malia Dermatitis when he came into care. This has responded well to treatment but it may flare up again in the future. This is easy and cheap to treat costing no more than £6 a month at worst.
Oscar would suite a quiet home with access to a safe garden. He is a very friendly chap, who would just love to swap his cat pen for a lovely new home and caring owners.
