FANCY a free meal? Newton Stewart’s ARC will be soon hosting the annual Alpha course which gives inquisitive minds of all ages the chance to pop along and ask any question about God and religion - no matter how trivial it may seem.

The free course and food, which runs nationwide and has gathered critical acclaim, takes a relaxed look at Christianity over dinner in an informal setting with like-minded people.

You don’t have to accept the answers given to your questions or declare your love for God at the end of the course! If it’s not for you, you are free to walk away.

The Alpha course is open to everyone and a welcome evening will be held Monday 26th September, at the ARC on King Street, at 7.30pm. The course begins Monday, October 3, same time, same place then each Monday till December 5th.
